In plain words

There is nothing in the three worlds to compare with a Sadguru—a true master who grants Jñāna, liberating knowledge. If we point to the touchstone that turns base iron to gold, the comparison falls short: the stone cannot give its own nature, while the Sadguru raises a disciple who has taken refuge at his feet to equality with himself. He is beyond compare and beyond the ordinary world.

Close to the Sanskrit

No example is seen anywhere in the three worlds for the Sadguru—the true teacher—who bestows Jñāna, liberating knowledge; if the touchstone is imagined there because it turns base iron into gold, even so the Sadguru does not have mere touchstone-ness, for he bestows his own equality upon his disciple who takes refuge at his feet, and therefore he is truly matchless and transcendent.
