In plain words

Sometimes a Mantra heard in a dream proves true when the dreamer wakes; through grace received in sleep, a desired fruit may be found in the morning. A real result can thus come from an unreal scene. Beyond both is the self-luminous reality that gives light to everything perceived, whatever moves or rests, high or low.

Close to the Sanskrit

Instruction in a Mantra heard in a dream proves true on waking, and through the dream's own grace the desired result becomes real in the morning. A true attainment can therefore arise even from what is unreal. Moreover, there is that self-luminous reality by which this whole visible creation—moving and unmoving, high and low—shines.
