। ॥ ३७ ॥
In plain words
Every day in dream, living beings see the garden of His making, yet no one sees Him playing through Māyā without the instruments of sense. In waking He illumines and moves the objects of experience and embodied beings; in deep sleep no one recognizes Him as the one made of supreme bliss. What a wonder this is.

Every day in dream these creatures see His garden, yet no one sees Him playing through Māyā without the company of the sense instruments. He illumines and moves the multitude of waking objects and embodied beings, but in deep sleep no one knows Him as the one whose nature is supreme bliss. This is a wonder.
