In plain words

This world of name and form rises as a passing appearance and carries on through Īśvara, the Lord within it. Cover the whole appearance with that Īśvara, as the rope once hidden comes to cover the two-tongued snake imagined upon it. Enjoy the unsurpassed happiness of letting go, and do not covet another's wealth or possessions.

Close to the Sanskrit

Whatever appears here as an unreal arising made of name and form, and by whichever Īśvara—the Lord—the world conducts itself in many ways, all this is to be covered by that very Īśvara, as the two-tongued snake is covered by the rope that lay hidden. Through that renunciation, unsurpassable happiness is to be enjoyed; do not covet another's wealth or anything else.
