। ॥ ४५ ॥

In plain words

The ever-young one shines in a Vṛtti, a movement of mind made clear by Sattva. Though clothed in a body, he is never marked by childhood, age or any bodily condition, and he comes openly into view as Prāṇa, the living current. Subtle-minded seekers whose resolve bears fruit honor him through steady practice and carry him upward with the mind now ripe.

Close to the Sanskrit

He who is reflected in a Vṛtti—a mental modification—formed of Sattva, ever young though covered by the body alone and untouched by its conditions of childhood, old age and the rest, has become manifest as Prāṇa. He is the higher one to be attained. Those of finely honed mind and effective resolve worship him through practice and lead him upward together with the ripened mind.
