। ॥ ४४ ॥
In plain words
Seeing the whole universe as Ātma, the Self, he crosses grief and delusion here. He attains luminous Brahman and becomes a knower of all, for Brahman is the ground of every Siddhi, every attainment. The gross and subtle bodies fall from his concern; mental projections cease. Living as a Jīvanmukta, he reaches Turīya, the fourth state, untouched by merit and fault.

Seeing the universe as Ātma—the Self—this person has crossed grief, delusion and the rest. He has attained radiant Brahman and is indeed the knower of all, for Brahman is the abode of every Siddhi. Forgetting gross, subtle and other bodies, free of all mental projections, he is a Jīvanmukta who has attained Turīya—the fourth state—beyond merit and demerit.
