In plain words
A lump of salt formed from the ocean's water loses its separate name and form when returned to that water. So the wise person comes to rest in Parātma, the supreme Self: mind in the moon, speech in fire, sight in the sun, blood and semen in water, and hearing in the quarters of space.
Close to the Sanskrit
Just as ocean water solidified as a lump is called rock salt, and when thrown back into the ocean dissolves and relinquishes name and form, so the wise one merges in Parātma—the supreme Self. His mind merges in the moon, speech in fire, the eye in the sun, blood and semen in water, and the ears in the quarters of space.
