In plain words
A cloth spread out is woven lengthwise and crosswise by threads, showing brilliant patterns of various colors. Yet when you examine the cloth closely, nothing remains except the threads. In the same way, this wonderful universe of mountains, cities, people, villages, and animals is woven into the cosmic form of Virāj, and that cosmic form itself is entirely woven through and through within Brahman.
Close to the Sanskrit
Woven lengthwise and crosswise among the threads here, the cloth is spread out, colorful among the variegated colors. When that cloth is inquired into, surely the cloth remains as mere thread alone. Similarly, the variegated universe having the forms of mountains, cities, men, villages, animals, and so on, is woven in the cosmic form (Virāj), and that too is woven lengthwise and crosswise in Brahman.
