In plain words

Those who know reality discern in Buddhi, the clear intellect, the sun touched by the supreme Creator's Māyā—his power of appearance—and mirrored in Buddhi's inner ocean as the source of rays. Brahman seems to take the shape and scale of each Upādhi, each limiting form, just as a face answers the mirror before it while the face itself remains unchanged.

Knowers of that see with Buddhi, the discerning intellect, the sun touched by the Māyā of the supremely powerful Creator, the seat of his rays reflected in the inner ocean of Buddhi. Whatever the kind and measure of an Upādhi, Brahman is reflected accordingly within it, as a face is reflected according to the mirror it meets while always remaining as it is.
