In plain words
In the Full, space itself is given room and time shrinks to a mere fraction. Virāṭ spreads there to the farthest quarter, seeming prior although it appeared later. There too Sūtra, the thread running through the whole, came forth; immense as it is, it remains full from the greater Full, like the complete water of the one ocean within the complete ocean.
Close to the Sanskrit
That in which space itself finds room and time becomes a mere fraction; that in which vast Virāṭ reaches the ends of the directions and stands here as though prior though it is later; that in which Sūtra appeared—great though it is, it is full from the greater Full, as the full water of the single ocean belongs to the complete ocean.
