। ॥ ७२ ॥
In plain words
Where every kind of joy finds its home, where all longing is fulfilled and simple aloneness remains when everything else grows still—make me immortal there, immersed in concentrated Ānanda. ‘Pour the nectar-filled current for Indra, who dwells between the brows, O Soma,’ say the Vedic words.
Close to the Sanskrit
Where all joys, gladness, delight and rapture abide, where every desire is fulfilled and aloneness shines through the cessation of all—make me immortal there for a long time, in that dense Ānanda. ‘O Soma, give the nectar-filled stream to Indra who dwells between the brows’: so too speak the words of the Veda.
