In plain words
Let the joy of a king who possesses every human pleasure count as one measure. The ancestors' joy is said to be a hundred times greater, and each realm of the gods up to Brahmā's world multiplies the last by a hundred. All these joys lie within Brahmānanda, the bliss of Brahman; pleasures of sense are only small measures of it.
Close to the Sanskrit
All the pleasures enjoyed by a king endowed with every wealth make one unit of human joy; a joy one hundred times that is assigned to the ancestors. Through the divine worlds up to Brahmā's realm, each is multiplied a hundredfold over the last, and all are contained in the one Brahmānanda—the bliss of Brahman—of which sensory pleasures are only measures.
