। ॥ २३ ॥
In plain words
Not satisfied with merely taking Śiva's left side, I suspect you went ahead and took the other half as well. For how else could your entire form glow with a reddish hue, possess three eyes, bend slightly beneath the weight of your breasts, and wear the crescent moon upon its crown?
Close to the Sanskrit
Having taken the left body of Śambhu, with a mind not yet satisfied, I surmise that the other half of the body was also taken away; because this form of yours is entirely reddish, three-eyed, bowed by the two breasts, and has a crown adorned with the curved crescent moon.
