। ॥ ३९ ॥
In plain words
O Mother, I praise the cosmic fire of dissolution that blazes ceaselessly in your Svādhiṣṭhāna center, along with the great Goddess Samayā. When that fire burns the worlds in fierce wrath, it is your compassionate glance that steps in like a cool, soothing balm to heal them.
Close to the Sanskrit
At your Svādhiṣṭhāna cakra, having established the blazing fire constantly, I praise that Samvarta fire and the great Samayā, O Mother; at the sight of which, when blazing with intense anger, it burns the worlds, your glance—moist with compassion—renders a cooling remedy.
