In plain words

O daughter of the mountain king, the curve of your two ears awakens the wonder of the flower-bow of the god of love. Across it, your sidelong glance shines beyond the ear and looks like an arrow being laid upon the string.

Close to the Sanskrit

O daughter of the mountain king, to whom does your curved pair of ear-lines not suggest the flower-arrow bow? There your sidelong glance, shining crosswise past the path of the ear, gives the idea of an arrow being set to the string.
