Śāradābhujaṃgaprayātāṣṭakam

Verse 1

In plain words

Her breasts are lovely pitchers; she herself is the pitcher brimming with nectar. Grace rests in her, and all abundant merit rests in her. Her face is a full moon that never wanes, and her lips are red as bimba fruit, generous, ready to give. Ceaselessly I worship Mother Śāradā — my own Mother.

Close to the Sanskrit

Her whose breasts are beautiful pitchers, who is a pitcher filled with nectar; who is the resting-place of grace, the resting-place of abounding merit; whose face is ever the orb of the moon, whose lips are the bimba fruit, generous in giving — I worship Mother Śāradā ceaselessly, my Mother.
