In plain words

Her sidelong glance wet with compassion; the jñāna-mudrā resting in her hand; awake in every art, unsleeping; splendid with all her ornaments; the Lady standing right here in front of me, her eyes never closing, the Tuṅgabhadrā running before her — without a break I worship Śāradā the Mother, my mother.

Close to the Sanskrit

In her sidelong glance, moist with compassion; in her hand, the jñāna-mudrā; through the arts, unsleeping; through her ornaments, wholly auspicious; the Lady present before me, ever-wakeful, having the Tuṅgabhadrā flowing before her — unceasingly I worship Śāradā the Mother, my mother.
