In plain words

Call me an animal — the animal is the one you ride. Call me stained — the stained one rides on your head. Call me two-tongued — that one coils at your throat as jewellery. Everyone you take as your own, Śarva, every last one of them is blessed.

Close to the Sanskrit

If you know me as a beast — that very one you have mounted. Or if 'stained,' thus — that very one you bear upon your head. And 'two-tongued' — he too is the ornament of your throat. Those accepted by you, O Śarva, all of them are blessed.
