In plain words
He sits on a lion-throne built out of the powers themselves — from Svaśakti, his own Śakti, to Ādiśakti, the primal Śakti, tier on tier. Jewels crowd every limb of him, and they take the mind with them. His piled hair holds a serpent, the crescent moon, the Gaṅgā, a bone, a spray of golden-shower flowers. Parāśakti's companion, the Five-faced One — him we praise.
