प्रपन्नानुकम्पिन्विपन्नार्तिहारिन् । ॥ ७ ॥
In plain words
Lord of the world — and my Lord too — Lord who never stands apart from Gaurī. You feel for everyone who comes to you for shelter; you lift the pain off those whose lives have fallen apart. Your body is nothing but massed light. Of every being alive, you are the one kinsman. I bow to you. I bow to you. And again — let this bow be yours.
Close to the Sanskrit
O Lord of the world, O my Lord, O Lord who stands together with Gaurī; O you who are compassionate toward those who have taken refuge, O you who carry off the affliction of the ruined; O you whose form is a mass of light, O sole kinsman of all — salutation to you, salutation to you, and again, to you let there be salutation.
