In plain words
May the flower-bright toes of the Three-eyed Lord, entwined with serpent-vines and able to burn away sin, swiftly grant you well-being. With the pressure of just one toe they once made ten-faced Rāvaṇa cry out as he shook their own great mountain, his breath crushed and blood streaming from his face.
Close to the Sanskrit
May the toes of the three-eyed one—which formerly made the ten-faced Rāvaṇa—who was shaking his own best mountain and whose breath was crushed and face streamed with abundant blood—wail aloud from the fall of a single fraction of their weight, which are capable of burning away sins, adorned with clusters of blooming garlands, and wrapped like serpent-creepers—swiftly grant auspiciousness to you.
