In plain words

May the blazing earrings of Caṇḍī’s Lord, before whom Indra bends low, bring you abundant grace. Their jeweled tips seem to scratch his pale cheek as Bhagavān longs to press his face to Caṇḍī’s; like disks of fire, they shatter the darkness of all who bow.

Close to the Sanskrit

Desiring to offer his face to Caṇḍī’s, Bhagavān feels an itch rise on his pale cheek; the two earrings seem to rub it away with the points of their jewels. Resembling disks of fierce flame and exceptionally skilled at breaking the darkness of those who bow continually, those earrings of Caṇḍī’s Lord—before whom Indra bows—may bring you abundant prosperity.
