In plain words
If you do not mean to ignore me, why won't you erase the destiny written on my head that turns me away from your contemplation and fills me with foolish desires? And if you claim you are powerless to change fate, O Lord of beings—was not Brahmā's skull round and hard? How then was it so effortlessly clipped off by your mere fingernail?

If you do not ignore me, why do you not remove this destiny inscribed on my head, which is averse to meditation on you and full of wicked desires? If you say you are unable, O Lord of beings, was not that skull of Brahmā well-rounded? How else was it effortlessly plucked off by the tip of your fingernail?
