In plain words
Long life to Brahmā — and you, guard the four heads he has left. He is the one who wrote poverty into my life on this earth. What is there to weigh? O clear-shining Śiva, your sidelong glance is already protecting me out of pure compassion, and rescuing the destitute is simply what it does, on its own.
Close to the Sanskrit
May Viriñci be long-lived; by you his remaining set of four heads is to be carefully protected — for he indeed wrote destitution for me on earth. And what deliberation is there? O clear one, O Śiva, your sidelong-glance's working protects me out of compassion, and of its own accord is intent on protecting the destitute.
