। ॥ २५ ॥
In plain words
Brahmā and the gods are singing You. The ascetics are calling out victory, victory. Your gaṇas are tumbling about in play. And there You are, on the hump of the great bull, his bellow thick and slurred with rut — blue throat, three eyes, Umā's arms around You, a deer held in Your hand. When do I get to see You like that, Khaṇḍaparaśu?
Close to the Sanskrit
Amid the hymns of Brahmā and the other gods, amid the 'victory, victory' cries of the self-restrained sages, amid the playful antics of the gaṇas — seated upon the hump of the great bull whose bellow is slurred with rut, blue-throated, three-eyed, Your body embraced by Umā, a deer held in Your hand — when shall I see You, O bearer of the notched axe?
