। ॥ ६६ ॥

In plain words

You pour out this whole spreading world just to play, and all these people are the pets you play with. Whatever I do, whatever I have already done — it ends up serving your delight, and nothing else. Śambhu, my every move is the toy your own curiosity plays with; that much is settled. So then, Paśupati, lord of the animals — keeping me safe is yours to do.

Close to the Sanskrit

For the sake of play you create the entire manifold world; these people are your play-animals. And whatever action has been performed by me, that becomes indeed for your delight. O Śambhu, my activity is certainly the instrument of your own curiosity. Therefore, O Paśupati, the protection of me must indeed be done by you.
