। ॥ १५ ॥

In plain words

Set at the very centre of the hall, a footstool glinting at its base, a delight to look at: four tall legs of gold and gem, and the whole thing giving off light. Over it is spread some fabric — softer than anything else there is, a jewel in its own right — and its beauty spills out far past its own edges. May that seat, made for Śiva and Śivā to sit on together exactly as they please, take the whole weight of our pain away.

Close to the Sanskrit

Placed at the centre of the assembly hall, charming with the footstool gleaming at its base, pleasing to the heart, with four tall legs made of gold and gems, its own form radiant, covered over with some jewel of a cloth surpassingly soft, its splendour spread wide — may the seat, fit for Śiva and Śivā to sit together at their ease, quiet the burden of our pain.
