In plain words

May the two holy feet of the Lord of the three worlds protect us. They rest upon his footstool, share the full beauty of lotuses, and bear lotus and other auspicious lines upon their exquisitely soft soles. Ten raised toenails shine there, reddened by the lovely jewels in the crowns of the immortals bowing before them.

May those two feet protect us, attached to the footstool of the seated lord of the three worlds, sharing the fullness of lotuses, with auspicious lines shining on their very soft soles, both equal, shining with ten raised toenails made reddish by the lovely radiance of the crowns of bowing immortals.
