In plain words
May the chest of Śiva protect us unharmed — that chest radiant with a fresh garland of gems, glowing with the red saffron paste rubbed off the firm breasts of the mountain-born Pārvatī during their close embraces so as to rival the morning sun, captivatingly beautiful, and washing away the sins of those who perpetually bow before him.
Close to the Sanskrit
May the chest of the enemy of Daksha protect us unharmed — (the chest) charming and accumulating rivalry with the lusters of the rising sun due to the contact of the saffron paste smeared on the slopes of the firm breasts of the mountain-born (Pārvatī), shining with a fresh necklace of gems borne upon it, and shaking off the sins of those who constantly resort to bowing.
