। ॥ २५ ॥

In plain words

Pārvatī is distraught, fearing that her husband may perish; Viṣṇu too is shaken by the anguish of all the worlds. At both their urgent efforts to halt it, the heat of Hālāhala—the deadly poison—remains midway in Śiva’s throat, suspended in Triśaṅku’s state. May that throat of Nīlakaṇṭha—the Blue-Throated One—dispel the whole mass of our misfortunes.

Bewildered is Śivā from the fear of her husband's dissolution, and from the torment of all worlds even Viṣṇu is agitated; by the urgent promptings of both to prevent it, in the middle it experiences the state of Triśaṅku where the heat of the hālāhala poison resides—may this neck of the blue-necked one destroy the heap of all our calamities.
