In plain words

Marked all over with the tender prints of Pārvatī's teeth — marks a heart is glad to find — red as coral, and mixed with the flash coming off his own teeth, white upon white past all measure, it shines like pearls and rubies strung through one another until their lights cross. This jewel of a lip, the lip of Sadyojāta: may it heap riches on us.

Close to the Sanskrit

Imprinted with the heart-pleasing marks of the soft teeth of the daughter of the lord of mountains, possessing the splendour of coral, mingled with the tooth-lustre that blazes forth, exceedingly white upon white, shining with a radiance resembling the intermingling of a net of pearls and rubies — may this lip-jewel of Sadyojāta give to us a heap of riches.
