In plain words
The jewels of his earrings pour their light down on it, and it takes their colour. It looks like the pericarp glowing inside the cup of a golden lotus. It is the pathway of Prāṇa-vāyu, the vital breath. This is Śambhu’s nose—Śambhu, who lives in the heart-lotus of everyone who bows to him. There may this mind of ours sit down, easily and for good.
Close to the Sanskrit
In that nose—graced by gathered masses of lustre from the many clustered jewels of his ear-ornaments, taking on their colour, resembling the pericarp shining within the hollow of a golden lotus, the roadway of Prāṇa-vāyu—the vital breath—of Śambhu, whose dwelling is the heart-lotus of those who bow to him: may this mind of ours always, and with ease, make its seat.
