In plain words

Ichor runs down him in fragrant streams, and the bees, reeling after that scent, hum in trembling rows until their sound swells through the hundred caves in the peaks of Śiva's mountain. Śiva's own son, his vast body like a mountain of gold, who carries away every obstacle, Śarvāṇī's elder child, the elephant-faced one — may he be the one who gives you well-being.

Close to the Sanskrit

Filling the hundred caves of the peaks of Śaṅkara's mountain with abundant resounding — with the hummings of the rows of bees made tremulous by the fragrance of the streams of outflowing ichor-water — Śarva's son, whose vast body is like a mountain of gold, the remover of every obstacle, the elder son of Śarvāṇī, the elephant-faced one: may he be the giver of well-being to you.
