। ॥ १३२ ॥

In plain words

This whole spread-out world rests on the serpent's hood, on the mountain, on the elephant — and I am its essence. The eye opened on the brow, the fire came out of it, and desire with its five arrows was finished. That is me.

Close to the Sanskrit

I am the essence of the manifold world, upheld by the bodies of the hooded serpent, the mountain and the elephant. I am the one by whom the five-arrowed god was overcome by the fire of the eye risen on the surface of the forehead.
