सर्वं सुखं विद्धि सुदुःखनाशात्सर्वं च सद्रूपमसत्यनाशात् ।चिद्रूपमेव प्रतिभानयुक्तंतस्मादखण्डं परमात्मरूपम् ॥ १८ ॥

Know that all of this is bliss — because sorrow, even the sharpest sorrow, is destroyed. Know that all of this is Being — because the unreal is destroyed. It is consciousness alone, and consciousness comes already shining. So: undivided, whole, the supreme Self itself.

Know all to be bliss, because of the destruction of even intense sorrow; and all to be of the nature of Being, because of the destruction of the unreal. It is of the nature of consciousness alone, joined with its own shining forth. Therefore it is undivided, the very form of the supreme Self.
