In plain words
He who knows that well-explained Brahman as residing hidden within the secret cave of the intellect—or within the supreme unmanifest ether, which is the highest space—realizes the ultimate truth. At the beginning of the mantra it was declared: 'Brahman is truth, knowledge, and infinity.' How is infinity to be understood? Infinity is threefold: spatial, temporal, and substantial. Space is infinite in terms of space, for it has no spatial boundaries. Yet space is not infinite in time or substance, because it is a created effect. Brahman, being uncaused, does not share the temporal limitations of space.

That explained Brahman who knows resides in the cave, hidden—the cave is the intellect, or hidden states are human goals of enjoyment and liberation—in the supreme space called unmanifest, for that is the supreme space... Therefore, 'Truth, knowledge, infinity is Brahman' was stated at the beginning of the mantra. How is it truth and infinity? He says: infinity is threefold—spatial, temporal, and substantial. Thus, space is spatially infinite; indeed, there is no spatial limitation of it. But space does not have temporal or substantial infinity. Why? Because it is an effect. Brahman does not have temporal finitude like space, because it is uncaused.
