। ॥ ६२ ॥
In plain words
He rolls his body along the ground until his limbs are shredded and he cannot go on — hunger, thirst, the beating sun, the wind, fire, and everything else of that kind burning him past bearing.
Close to the Sanskrit
While the rolling is being performed, [he becomes] one whose limbs are shattered, incapable, burned by hunger, thirst, sun-heat, wind, fire and the rest, which scorch excessively.
