। ॥ ५५ ॥
In plain words
Desire has conquered Śiva; picture him as a rutting elephant, a net of tiny bells swaying and chiming on the great globe of his forehead. Your girdle looks just like that — and its endless soft ringing carries the Lord's mind away. Strung with gems of every kind, I offer it to you.
Close to the Sanskrit
Resembling the net of chiming little bells swaying on the temple-boss of the rutting elephant Manobhū, who has conquered Hara; stealing the mind of Īśa with unceasing soft tones; strung with gems of many kinds — the girdle I offer.
