। ॥ ६१ ॥
In plain words
O you who delight in supreme Śiva, I mentally place upon your neck a radiant garland of red, white, and yellow water-lilies, strung on silk by celestial hands, fragrant with rising agarwood smoke, and serenaded by swarms of bees intoxicated with its perfume.
Close to the Sanskrit
Variegated with red, white, and yellow shining abundant flowers by silk threads, perfumed with divine incense rising from agarwood by celestial women with care, whose humming song is begun by a multitude of flower-drinking bees intoxicated by the rising fragrance, the swaying water-lily garland, to you who delight in supreme Śiva, I offer upon your neck-seat.
