In plain words

The rising light of your body lies over it in one thick sheet, a flood of vermilion, and the gold has gone red — the very sheen of a cut ruby. From far off the ranks of the gods watch it, palms cupped in reverence. Golden, unequalled, beautiful: to that parasol we bow.

Close to the Sanskrit

Reddened by the shining of that flood of vermilion which is the mass of the rising radiance of your body, having a sheen that imitates a cut piece of the finest red gem, being gazed upon from afar by ranks of gods whose cupped palms are joined in reverence — the golden parasol, unequalled, beautiful, we salute.
