In plain words

How, then, are you free from Jāti, lineage, and Saṃskāras? Listen. The one who unfolds Nāma-rūpa—name and form—remains untouched by their qualities. Having formed this body, that one enters Nāma-rūpa while remaining free from every Saṃskāra: unseen by others, he sees; unheard, he hears; unthought, he thinks; unknown, he knows. Śruti says, 'Having fashioned every form and made the names, the steadfast one abides, speaking.' Thousands of passages say the same: 'Having created it, That entered it'; 'The ruler of beings entered within'; 'This one has entered here'; 'This is your Ātman'; 'Splitting the suture, he entered through this door'; 'This Ātman is hidden in every being'; and 'That Devatā resolved: Let me enter these three Devatās.'

And how am I free from a distinct Jāti, lineage, and Saṃskāras? Listen. He who manifests Nāma-rūpa, while distinct from the attributes of Nāma-rūpa, manifests them and creates this body. Himself free from the attributes of Saṃskāra, he enters Nāma-rūpa here: unseen by others, he sees; unheard, he hears; unthought, he thinks; unknown, he knows. 'Having fashioned every form and made the names, the steadfast one abides, speaking.' Thousands of Śrutis bear this meaning: 'Having created it, That entered it'; 'The ruler of beings entered within'; 'This one has entered here'; 'This is your Ātman'; 'Having split this very suture, he entered through this door'; 'This Ātman is hidden in every being'; 'That Devatā considered: Come, let me enter these three Devatās'—and others.
