In plain words
The Self does not change, is not stained, is not built out of the elements — and its knowing is not small the way the intellect's knowing is small. It is the witness of every cognition without remainder, leaving none of them out.
Close to the Sanskrit
Mutability, impurity, elemental composition — these are not of the Self; and, because of its being the witness of all cognitions without remainder, neither is scant knowing, as in the case of the intellect.
