In plain words
A gem shows red and every other colour only where sunlight falls on it. In the same way, everything is seen in me — all of it, by me, the way it is by sunlight.
Close to the Sanskrit
Just as in a gem the state of having the forms of red and the rest is made manifest in sunlight, so in me everything is seen — that, by me, as if by sunlight.
