। ॥ १० ॥
In plain words
Śambhu. Great Lord. Made of nothing but compassion. Trident in hand. Husband of Gaurī, Lord of every bound creature, breaker of the ropes that bind them. Lord of Kāśī — out of compassion you alone dissolve this world, guard this world, set this world up again. You are Maheśvara.
