विष्णोर्विश्वेश्वरस्य प्रवरशयनकृत्सर्वलोकैकधर्तासोऽनन्तः सर्वभूतः पृथुविमलयशाः सर्ववेदैश्च वेद्यः ।पाता विश्वस्य शश्वत्सकलसुररिपुध्वंसनः पापहन्तासर्वज्ञः सर्वसाक्षी सकलविषभयात्पातु भोगीश्वरो नः ॥

He who serves as the sublime resting-couch for Vishnu, Lord of the universe, and single-handedly sustains all worlds; the infinite Ananta who embodies all beings, renowned for stainless fame, known through all the Vedas, eternal guardian of the cosmos, destroyer of the gods' enemies, banisher of sin, omniscient and all-witnessing—may that sovereign lord of serpents protect us from every fear of poison.
