In plain words

Whatever has been, whatever now exists, and whatever is yet to be, O Lord of the universe—all of that is truly you, O Lord of gods. Without you, nothing whatsoever exists.

Close to the Sanskrit

What was, what exists, and what will be, O Lord of the universe, all that indeed are you, O Lord of deities; without you there is nothing whatsoever, truly.
