Verse 156

जप्येनैव तु संसिध्येद्ब्राह्मणो नात्र संशयः ।कुर्यादन्यन्न वा कुर्यान्मैत्रो ब्राह्मण उच्यते ॥

In plain words

Through the repetition of holy names alone, a seeker truly attains spiritual fulfillment—of this there is no doubt. Whether he performs other rituals or not, one who is friendly to all is known as a true brahmin.

Close to the Sanskrit

Through japa alone indeed a brahmin would attain perfection; there is no doubt here. Whether he performs other [rituals] or not, a friendly brahmin is called [such].
