In plain words
Take the names in their familiar sense — Āditya and the rest — and the praise still reaches Him. Those referents are His own vibhūti, His manifestation, not other than Him; so the praise is of Him alone. Even read in the ordinary way, the name is praise of Him.
Close to the Sanskrit
Of the well-known [names], whose referents are Āditya and the rest — since by their being His manifestations there is no difference from Him, the praise is of Him alone: thus, even when the well-known meaning is taken, there is the state of being praise of Him.
