Verse 170

In plain words

The lights in the sky are Viṣṇu. The worlds are Viṣṇu. The forests are Viṣṇu, and the mountains, and every direction you can turn to face. The rivers, the seas — he alone is all of them, everything that exists and everything that does not, O best of brāhmaṇas.

Close to the Sanskrit

The lights are Viṣṇu, the worlds are Viṣṇu, the forests are Viṣṇu, the mountains and the directions; the rivers and the oceans — he alone is all these, that which is and that which is not, O best of brāhmaṇas.
