In plain words
Passages like these have already said it: even where faith and devotion are missing, chanting the Name destroys every wrong, all of it. Then what of the thousand names, recited with faith already there behind them? And scripture says, "The mind settles on it first, and then the voice speaks it out," and, "What the mind dwells on, that the voice says." So remembrance and meditation are already inside the chanting of the Name.

By such statements it has been said that, even in the absence of faith and devotion, the chanting of the Name destroys all wrongdoing. How much more, then, does the recitation of the thousand names, preceded by faith and the rest, destroy it. And by the two śruti texts, 'With the mind, indeed, one first forms the intention, and then one utters it with speech' and 'For what one dwells upon with the mind, that one speaks with speech', remembrance and meditation are contained within the chanting of the Name.
